HISTORY OF PHOTOGRAPHY:
TIMELINE AND MAJOR DEVELOPMENTS
In section 1.2 we covered the events and discoveries that shaped photography. They were interrelated, sometimes overlapping and impacting each other, with inventors collaborating and competing at times to progress the field forward. For this completion task, you will order the major developments in chronological order, noting the impact each major development had on subsequent developments. This task is meant to help you notice and understand the relationship between the various players.

Include only items which were relevant to photography. Josef Nicophore Niepce used part of his family fortune to help develop the first internal combustion engine. That has nothing to do with photography so it should not appear in a timeline about photography. You could consider including it as a side note*

GO DIGITAL
Using your paper notes as a starting point, create a digital timeline using the an online tool like Canva. Your timeline should be organized in a way that demonstrates links between elements and discoveries. You should include dates, names and a short summary of the most important details.
This will be assessed as a completion task.
